Program Director and Coach
Coach Allen is from Toronto, Canada, and has conducted professional sales workshops for sales professionals from a wide variety of industries. For the last fifteen years, he has focused almost exclusively on real estate, managing two highly productive real estate teams, participating in hundreds of listing and buyer appointments, and providing sales and communication training to real estate agents for all major real estate brands and organizations.
Coach Allen provides unique communication training based on the concept of predictable behavior and outcomes and focuses on real-world results through client profiling, behavioral mapping, and effective communication awareness and strategies. He has a great track record of transforming agents into top producers.

Chris Cook
Coach
Coach Chris is a former national team athlete and Olympian. After retiring from competition, he continued his career coaching at the Olympic level working with world champions and olympic medalists. The determination, dedication and commitment required to succeed at these high levels are qualities he brought to real estate six years ago. For Thrive members to have access to Chris and his experience and expertise is a rare opportunity.
As a licensed realtor for the last six years Chris almost immediately emerged as a top performer. He has built a portfolio of investment properties as well as a highly successful team in Toronto, one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. In 2021 Chris expanded his business 600% and despite more challenging marketing conditions has maintained his high level of production.
Chris is living proof that great success in real estate does not have to take a long time and brings his full set of exceptional Olympic coaching skills and real estate experience to Thrive participants ready to excel in today’s market.
Domenic Manchisi
Coach
Domenic’s real estate career started in 1996 and within his first few years in the industry and still in his early twenties he was already outperforming many experienced and well-established agents rising quickly to completing 100+ transactions per year and he has maintained this level consistently for the last 25 years.
Domenic has received many awards during his career including the Centurion award in 2001, 2002 with Century 21, Number 1 Team In Canada 2008-2010, PREA 100 5 consecutive years, Chairman’s Platinum club 10 consecutive years with Prudential Real Estate including Top Agent for five consecutive years. And awarded by RE/MAX, Hall of Fame, Chairman and Diamond awards.
Domenic has been requested to speak about the real estate market at multiple conferences by industry leaders such as NAR (National Association of Realtors), OnRegional Board, RE/MAX Atlantic, Bill Rancic (Donald Trump’s Apprentice), was a contributor to the book, Power Teams by Ralph Roberts.
Khalid Zaffar

Coach Khalid Zaffar has been a full-time realtor for over 16 years and during that time has completed over 1000 real estate transactions exceeding over a half of billion dollars’ worth of real estate sold. Demand for his services has been so great that at times he has serviced as many as 11 listings in a single month. He knows a little about time management and getting deals done. Client satisfaction and a home buyer and seller’s real estate experience have always been his priority.
This combined with his focus on performance and exceeding expectations has translated into a career most agents’ envy. Often being cited as top realtor in the areas he is located, he has been in the top 1% of all Canadian realtors, 7 of the last 8 years. (we think he took a vacation).
Now working with his older son and sharing his expertise and experience, he is an excellent addition to our coaching team and contributor to best practices.
Leo Carnevale
Coach
Coach Leo has been a top realtor in every city or town he has chosen to call home. Originally building his career and rising to the top in the Greater Toronto market he has since moved to Simcoe, Ontario where he dominates the landscape. Leo has been a top-performing agent for the last 17 years and has completed over one hundred transactions in a single year. He owned his first restaurant (yes it was Italian) at only 24 years old. With that early success, he learned how to work under pressure and effectively communicate with all types of people.
His priority is his clients, and he excels in client service and performance. Leo has done everything from door-knocking to being selected as the exclusive listing agent for builders. As a coach, there are few real estate professionals that match his skills, expertise, knowledge, and ability to overcome challenges. His knowledge is vast, he has been in the trenches, and he understands what it takes to be a top realtor.
